Thank for your interest joining our association. Below is the legal contract outlining the terms and conditions of membership. Please read through it carefully and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Contract Terms Conditions

This Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into by and between the individual poultry grower (the “Grower”) and the Poultry Growers Association of the Virginias (the “Association”).

Membership: The Grower agrees to become a member of the Association and abide by its rules and regulations.

Rights and Responsibilities: The Grower shall have the right to participate in Association events and benefits, and shall also be responsible for upholding the standards and practices set forth by the Association.

Compensation: The Association shall compensate the Grower in accordance with the terms set forth in the Poultry Grower Agreement.

Termination: This Contract may be terminated by either party with written notice, in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia.

Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of Virginia.

Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
